You will work collaboratively with a team of talented engineers from different disciplines and nationalities to bring new ideas to life. Your ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems will be essential in this role.

Your attention to detail will be critical as you prepare thorough and accurate documentation for release to manufacturing and for internal product design records. Your work will help support our company's patent goals, and you will maintain an engineering notebook to document your work activity.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will work with our manufacturing and service personnel to resolve problems and improve the manufacturability and serviceability of our products. Your focus on design for manufacturability and value engineering initiatives will help us reduce product costs and improve the performance of our designs.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master of Science degree in Engineering with a maximum of 2-3 years of design experience. You should also be up to date with the design and development of assemblies with moving/rotating components, wear components, weldments, pneumatic devices, hydraulic devices, and electrical devices.

Your proficiency in stress analysis and other related calculations to support designs, coupled with your basic understanding of complementary technical disciplines, particularly electrics, will be highly valued.

You must also be able to work with others with different cultures and with minimal supervision. Good English written and spoken skills are a must, as well as good problem-solving and analytical skills for hydraulic and mechanical systems. Your drive and initiative, coupled with your practical experience in manufacturing processes and equipment, will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
