Fill out the form and click the Download Signature button. Clicking the button will go to a new page with your signature on it.
Click anywhere in the signature to copy it.
In Outlook, click on File in the top left.
Click on Options.
Click on Mail
Click on the Signatures button.
Select the email account you want the signature in.
Click the New button or select a signature to edit.
Name your new signature if you are making a new one.
Right click in the signature body (Edit signature) and paste your new signature.
Click the Save button.
Some versions of Outlook will shrink the middle of the signature to look like this.
If this happens, paste your new signature into a Word document, then select all of the Word document, copy, and then paste into Outlook.
