- Develop and execute AOP Sales within the assigned product segments and Areas according to specified Sales Targets and Business Plan. Plan and coordinate sales activities with cost efficiency and maximum return.
- Monitor the assigned market(s) and their development in both business area as well as political and macro economical situations.
- Actively drive improvement opportunities within the organization (RCI).
- Execute product and solution demonstrations ; ROI calculations ; Business Case calculations ; as part of an effective sales pitch.
- Execute regular prospect/customer visits within the assigned region to retain a close relation and long-term partnerships
- Drive orders and deliveries in cooperation with the internal sales organization and field & service engineers.
- Administration of Sales Activities and Opportunities in the CRM system and engage fully in the regular Sales Meetings.
- Secure the right prerequisites are in place to achieve success in assigned Market(s) by challenging the way to market, distributing information and spreading product & solution knowledge and customer value towards selected distribution partners.
- Execute Premium Distributor Management with assigned Distribution Partners focused on achieving high performance in Sales, Customer Satisfaction and Competence Development.
- Drive and Follow-up the Distributor Business Plan according to the Business Plan Process.
- Manage the Relationship with the assigned distribution partner and secure company policies and business ambitions are respected and aligned.
- Support customers to develop competences by organizing regular trainings and support
- Comply with the company’s quality- and environmental policy and work according to the company’s rules and regulations regarding health and safety.
- Work in accordance with our company values and code of conduct.
