About the role

As our Cost Accountant, you will play a crucial role in understanding and managing our business costs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meticulous Planning and Data Collection: Systematically planning, studying, and collecting essential data to accurately determine the costs associated with our business activities, spanning raw material procurement, inventory management, and labor expenses.
• Proactive Cost Analysis: Diligently analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methodologies, or service offerings to precisely determine their impact on overall costs.
• Performance Reporting: Thoroughly analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing insightful periodic reports that meticulously compare standard costs against actual production expenditures.
• Profitability Insights: Providing management with comprehensive analysis and clear insights into product profitability, empowering informed decision-making.
• Process Implementation: Actively assisting in the implementation and refinement of robust Cost Accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Month-End Support: Contributing to the smooth and accurate month-end closing of the General Ledger, including obsolescence reserve calculations and thorough accrual evaluations.

Inventory Support: Providing valuable support during physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and reconciliation

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications:
•    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Engineering.
•    3-5 years of proven experience working as a Cost Accountant.
•    Solid knowledge and practical experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
•    Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in a global environment.
